The experience begins with a richer VIP Welcome Kit by New Bridge, designed to make the day even more memorable. Each guest will receive a branded New Bridge T-shirt, a New Bridge cap and a branded New Bridge ice bag. Exclusive gadgets to enjoy during the experience and take home as a special souvenir.
During the Spritz Class with Enzo, you will learn how to prepare three of Italy’s most famous spritz cocktails: Aperol Spritz, Hugo Spritz and Sarti Spritz. Each guest will prepare and taste their own spritz, discovering ingredients, proportions, pairings and small bartender secrets.
The experience continues with an authentic Neapolitan aperitivo with Cuoppo, served during the Spritz Class: a tribute to Naples’ iconic street food, with arancine, pasta frittatine, crocchè and potato zeppoline.
The heart of the experience is the Pizza Class with Antonio, who will guide the group through the preparation of pizza, from dough-making and stretching to personalized toppings and baking. Each guest will prepare their own pizza and enjoy it during lunch, experiencing one of the most authentic and engaging things to do in central Florence.
During the dough preparation, Enzo will lead a Tuscan wine tasting with selected wines, including Lenzo, Tuscan Vermentino, Tuscan Rosé and Lanto, a Tuscan blend made from Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
The Private VIP Experience ends with a final dessert: traditional fried coccoli with Nutella and powdered sugar, served with a glass of sweet Moscato.
At the end of the experience, you will also receive an official participation certificate, with the pizza recipe printed on the back, and a final souvenir photo of your group.
