Pizza Class Florence Experience

Pizza Class Florence brings together Neapolitan pizza, Italian spritz, Tuscan wines and authentic hospitality inside the private room of New Bridge Pizza Club, a real Neapolitan pizzeria in the historic center of Florence, just a few steps from the Duomo.

Designed for guests who want to do more than simply sit at a restaurant table, the experience turns lunch into an active and memorable moment: you make your own pizza, learn the ritual behind iconic Italian spritz cocktails, taste selected wines and enjoy the warm atmosphere of a genuine local pizzeria.

The masterclasses are created and led directly by Antonio, Master Pizzaiolo with over 35 years of experience, and Enzo, Sommelier and Bartender. Their presence gives each class a more personal rhythm and a higher level of care, because guests are welcomed by the two owners themselves, not by generic staff.

Two formats are available. The Premium Experience is a shared group class, ideal for couples, families, friends and solo travelers who want to enjoy a convivial activity with other food lovers. The Private VIP Experience is reserved for one group only, with no other participants, a more flexible pace and Antonio and Enzo fully dedicated to the guests.

From hands-on pizza making to spritz preparation, from Neapolitan aperitivo to Tuscan wine tasting, every step is designed to create an engaging food experience in Florence, suitable for travelers, birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, private celebrations, team building activities, corporate incentives and special occasions.

Guests with specific dietary needs can request Gluten Free, Lactose Free, Vegan and Halal options at the time of booking. New Bridge Pizza Club works with dedicated stations and specific procedures, and is officially certified by AIC and Lactose Free.

Behind Pizza Class Florence are Antonio and Enzo, brothers, owners of New Bridge Pizza Club Firenze and true hosts in the most authentic sense of the word.

Antonio is a Neapolitan master pizzaiolo. Pizza has always been part of his life, and he works with experience, instinct and deep respect for tradition. From the dough to the stretching and baking, he brings the real knowledge of Neapolitan pizza: a craft made of hands, time, care and daily passion.

By his side is Enzo, his brother and business partner, a qualified sommelier, bartender, and the convivial soul of the experience. With his knowledge of wine, pairings and the pleasure of sharing food, he completes the journey and turns the pizza class into a moment of taste, storytelling and connection.

Antonio and Enzo share the warm, playful and welcoming character of Naples: friendly, spontaneous and full of energy. Stepping into their restaurant does not simply mean joining a cooking class; it means being welcomed as guests in their own home. This familiar, authentic and generous atmosphere is what makes every experience special: learning how to make pizza, but above all living a true piece of Italian culture.
