Pizza & Spritz Class with Wine Tasting, Lunch & Dessert

This is not just a simple cooking class, but a complete journey through some of Italy’s most beloved flavors: pizza, spritz, Tuscan wines, Neapolitan aperitivo and genuine Italian hospitality. Together with Antonio, Master Pizzaiolo with over 35 years of experience, and Enzo, Sommelier and Bartender, you will enjoy a rich, engaging masterclass curated in every detail.

The Premium Experience is ideal for couples, families, friends and international travelers who want to share an authentic moment with other food lovers from around the world. The group is limited to a maximum of 16 guests, creating a warm, convivial and participatory atmosphere.

The experience begins with an exclusive New Bridge Welcome Kit. Each guest will receive a branded New Bridge T-shirt, designed as part of the experience and as a special souvenir of the day. It is a detail that makes the masterclass more personal, photogenic and memorable, perfect for the final photo and for taking home a tangible memory of your experience in Florence.

The journey continues with the Spritz Class led by Enzo, where you will learn how to prepare three of Italy’s most famous spritz cocktails: Aperol Spritz, Hugo Spritz and Sarti Spritz. You will not only watch them being prepared, but you will make and taste them yourself, discovering the ingredients, flavor balance and small bartender secrets behind each drink.

During the Spritz Class, you will also enjoy an authentic Neapolitan aperitivo with the traditional Cuoppo Napoletano, one of Naples’ most iconic street food specialties. You will taste arancine, pasta frittatine, crocchè and potato zeppoline in a convivial moment that brings together Naples, Florence and the true Italian atmosphere.

The heart of the experience is the Pizza Class with Antonio, who will guide you step by step through the preparation of real Italian pizza. You will learn about different types of flour, dough-making techniques, maturation and leavening, stretching, personalized toppings and baking. Every guest will literally get hands-on and prepare their own pizza, following the guidance of a Master Pizzaiolo with over three decades of experience.

During the dough preparation, Enzo will lead a Tuscan wine tasting, carefully selected to tell the story of the territory through the glass. You will taste Lenzo, a fresh and aromatic Tuscan Vermentino, and an elegant Tuscan Rosé. Later, during lunch, you will also enjoy Lanto, a Tuscan blend made from Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.

Lunch is the moment when everything comes together: each guest will enjoy the pizza they have prepared with their own hands, freshly baked and topped according to personal taste. It is one of the most authentic ways to experience a pizza experience in Florence, learning an Italian tradition and tasting it immediately afterwards.

The Premium Social Experience ends with a sweet finale: using the same dough, you will prepare traditional fried coccoli with Nutella and powdered sugar, served with a glass of sweet Moscato. A simple, delicious and deeply Italian ending.

At the end of the experience, you will receive an official certificate, with the pizza recipe printed on the back, and a souvenir photo of the day: a way to take home not only the taste of pizza, but also the memory of an experience lived in the heart of Florence.
